The Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) is seeking proposals for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Recycling Collection Services for the City of Hopewell and MSW Collection Services for the Town of Ashland. There will be a mandatory pre-poposal conference, May 7, 2013 at 1:30 pm at the CVWMA office, 2100 West Laburnum Avenue, Suite 105, Richmond, Virginia 23227. Written responses must be addressed to the CVWMA and received no later than 2:00 pm., May 31,2013.
