To pledge your commitment to recycling and enter the America Recycles 2008 contest:

Call our Hotline at 340-0900 and a Call Center Representative will assist you with completing your pledge. Or, you can print out this webpage, complete it, and mail to ARD Pledge, CVWMA, 2100 W. Laburnum Avenue, Suite 105, Richmond, VA 23227. A form can be completed for each of your family members.  One entry per person. Entries must be called in to 340-0900 (Call Center open from 8 am- 10 am on Saturday, Nov. 15) or postmarked by 5 pm on Saturday, November 15,2008. Winners will be selected on November 17th and notified by CVWMA staff .
