Lead Acid Batteries
Lead acid batteries are most familiar as providing starting power for our vehicles. In Virginia, retailers who sell lead-acid batteries must, by law, accept used batteries from customers purchasing new ones. In addition, CVWMA has established a collection program for batteries that offers citizens even more options for recycling lead acid batteries.
