Service Request Form
Please complete the form below to request information or service
from CVWMA. You will receive a response by
email in five business days. If you do not receive a
response, please call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 to confirm
that we received your request. To report a missed
collection, please call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 as soon
as possible and leave your bin at the curb.
Note: Curbside recycling is available to
eligible homes in Ashland, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights,
Goochland, Hanover (two sub-divisions only),Henrico and
Richmond. Bin deliveries may take up to 4 weeks.
Alert: As of
2/9/09 Chesterfield County is no longer providing residents with a
bin. Chesterfield County residents can purchase a 24 gallon bin for
$11.25 at the Southern Area Convenience Center, 6700 Landfill
Drive, Chester, VA from 8 am until 4:30 pm
or call 748-1297. Residents can use an
alternate container, 40 gallons or less, as a curbside recycling
bin. Stickers can be mailed to you to identify the container for
recycling purposes upon request.

Note: Make sure your bin is at
the curb by 7:00 am and not obstructed by landscaping or
vehicles. Reporting missed collections to us promptly
allows us to correct the situation quickly, usually while the
drivers are still in the area.
